meeting.

The Director of Business and Culture completed the roll call.

Alderman Warke declared an interest in Agenda Item No. 8 Slow Adventure Update due to his membership on Visit Derry.

                        Councillor’s Kelly, Cooper, Duffy, McCann and Harkin joined the meeting.

The Chair referred to the Christmas Event Programme (2019) and

congratulated the Officer Team responsible.  She said that yet again it was a

great success throughout the City and District.

Councillor Farrell referred to a recent publication in the Irish News wherein it made reference to Councils paying to enter competitions and attend award ceremonies.  He acknowledged that DCSDC paid substantially less that other Council areas, however sought further clarification on the matter.
